The starting point is proven, and here is the proof. Palette is the plug-and-play app for trying the system out, and it is free. What we build with you is a different thing: your own application, shaped to your business, and yours to keep.
Give it a folder and it lists what is there without opening a single file. You grant it one folder at a time, and nothing is read until you do. It never goes looking on its own.
Mac is signed and notarised. Windows is not yet signed, so SmartScreen will warn you once.
What happens when you open it
Nothing to set up first. The empty screen offers one button, Try it with sample notes, which places four example notes in the app's own folder and opens the file. The notes are invented. The pipeline that turns them into a document is the same one that would run on your own material.
- Every claim in the document clicks back to the exact sentence in the source it came from.
- It does not write prose. The document is a template filled with the facts you accepted, and nothing else.

MissionCanvas.dmgand drag the app into Applications. The app is signed and notarized. If macOS still says it cannot be verified, right-click the app and choose Open. - 02 / Windows

Your application runs locally on hardware you control. Your company data stays under your control, and you choose which models you use.
Mission Canvas checks every request before the AI reasons — sensitive work stays on your machine, everything else goes to the right model, and every decision is logged.
We keep your personal data on your machine, and let you work with the outside world through a protected handoff: we filter what leaves for personal information.
Your data sits behind a socket firewall. If it cannot be enforced, the app does not start.

The proposed update to the HIPAA Security Rule would require documented evidence behind decisions touching protected health information. It has not been finalised. Mission Canvas records the path for every query today, without anyone configuring it, which is the part that has to exist before any rule asks for it.
