Keeping your information on your own computers is the whole idea behind Mission Canvas. Here is exactly what this website and our software do with it.
What this website collects
- Nothing stored on the site. The audit forms open an email in your own mail program. We only receive what you choose to send.
- No cookies and no tracking. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics today. If we add visitor counts, they will be cookie-free, hosted by us, and listed on this page first.
- Booking a time. When you pick an audit time, the booking tool keeps your name, email and the time you chose so it can send the invite.
Why we collect it
Only to set up and run your audit, and to follow up about it. We don't sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.
Your email stays with your email provider
Mission Canvas does not bring your company's email into an inbox of ours. When your application automates email work, it is set up inside the provider you already use: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or any IMAP and SMTP service. Your correspondence stays inside your own security boundaries.
How our software handles your business files
- Your files are read and organized on your own computer.
- If you use a cloud AI model, only the minimum context for that task is sent to it.
- You can run local models instead, so nothing is sent at all.
