Your data

Your files stay on your computers.

What is read locally, what may leave, and how every decision is recorded. Said plainly, with nothing claimed that is not true today.

Your data

Your files stay on your computers.

The application runs on hardware you control. It checks every request before the AI works on it. Sensitive work stays on your machine, and every decision is logged.

  1. Read

It reads what you already have.

Files, exports and records, on your own machines. No migration.

  2. Sort

It finds what your business is made of.

Customers, orders, documents, people, equipment and processes, in whatever format they were left.

  3. Connect

It links them into one picture.

Your files, jobs and costs, connected in one place that stays on your machine.

  4. Work

The AI works from that picture.

Not from a pile of text. Outside models are called only when needed, with the least information possible.

  • Runs on your hardware

A workstation or server you already own. No data migration. No new cloud account.

  • Local models first

The AI runs on your own machine. You choose which work, if any, goes to an outside model.

  • Checked before it leaves

Anything sent outside is screened for personal information first. Every decision is logged.

  • Locked by default

A firewall inside the app controls what can leave. If it cannot be enforced, the app does not start.

Why this matters now

In February 2026 a federal court held that a defendant's exchanges with a public AI platform were neither privileged nor work product.
United States v. Heppner, S.D.N.Y., February 2026
A proposed update to the HIPAA Security Rule would require documented evidence behind decisions touching protected health information. It is not final. Mission Canvas already records the path of every request, with nothing to set up.
HIPAA Security Rule NPRM, published January 2025; final action not yet taken

The design is ours and patented: a request is classified before any model runs, and nothing later can reopen that decision. We didn't patent the classifier. We patented the rule that makes classifying first mean something.

Questions about data.

Does our data leave our computers?

Your files are read on a computer you already own. Sensitive work stays on local models. Anything sent to an outside model is screened for personal information first, and every decision is logged. You decide what, if anything, goes out.

Do we need new hardware?

No. A workstation or a server you already own is enough. No data migration, no new cloud account.

Can we keep the tools we use today?

Yes. It starts from the files, exports and records you already have. The logistics canvas, for example, imports CSV, Excel, Monday.com and HubSpot.
